Internet Banking Security Advisory

Phishing commonly involves a counterfeit e-mail claiming to be from a legitimate entity (e.g. winning a lottery, updating account information) sent to random e-mail addresses. Pharming involves a fake website designed to appear legitimate with the intention of steering the legitimate website’s traffic. Both attempt to obtain personal or private information (usually financial related) for online identity theft.

Please note that MegaLink does not solicit any information through e-mail. Kindly contact your bank to check if you find anything suspicious related to your account.
