NATCCO is new MegaLink member

The National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) has signed up as a MegaLink member, the second federation of cooperatives to join the network. NATCCO has over 1.6 million individual members, and 378 primary cooperative members and 9 regional cooperative federations/consortiums nationwide. The coop federation is primarily focused on wholesale lending to cooperatives and training and consultancy for coop directors and managers. Under the agreement, NATCCO’s cardholders will be able to transact through MegaLink ATMs nationwide, and gain access to a wide array of e-banking services. UCPB, one of MegaLink’s original member banks, served as the settlement and sponsoring bank for the agreement. Above photo shows (L-R) UCPB VP and Region Head for North Metro Manila Noel T. Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute connects to MegaLink
MegaLink cardholders will soon be able to make ATM transactions in Korea with its partnership with the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute (KFTC). Under the new agreement, KFTC-member bank cardholders will also be able to do balance inquiries and withdrawals over enabled MegaLink ATMs.

JCB Cash Advances to be made available through MegaLink ATMs
MegaLink, the premiere ATM consortium in the Philippines recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with JCB international to allow international JCB cardholders to avail of cash advance transactions at more than 2,500 MegaLink ATMs nationwide beginning August 2010.
